Terms & Conditions
Make-up may be booked up to 12 months prior to the event. Early booking is recommended during the peak wedding season to avoid disappointment. A completed enquiry form and a non-refundable deposit of £25.00 is required immediately to secure your booking. For large bookings, the deposit amount may increase to £50.00. The full balance must be paid no later than 2 weeks prior to the date of the event.
Special Occasion Bookings

Allergies / Medical Conditions
It is your responsibility to inform me of all medical/skin conditions or allergies prior to the event. This also applies to all guests having a make-up application. I am unable to apply make-up to broken skin or scars under 6 months old due to the increased risk of infection. All make-up I use is professional branded make-up therefore I cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions following a make-up application.
In the unlikely event Cherrie Imogen Bridal & Occasion make-up has to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative booking date will be offered, if this is not possible I reserve the right to provide your service through or provide contact details of another makeup artist. Should you need to cancel or change your appointment; a refund will be given (excluding the deposit) providing a minimum of 2 weeks notice is given. In the event of a current booking being amended or cancelled upon arrival, unless in the event of a medical condition, no refund will be given. Upon returning your deposit and enquiry form, you are also agreeing to the terms and conditions forming a legally bound contract with Cherrie Imogen Bridal & Occasion Make-up.
Payment and Travel Costs
Payments must be made payable either by cheque or electronic transfer, (Cheques must be cleared prior to the event) full payment details will be given at the time of invoice which must be paid upon the agreed timescale as stated above. You are responsible for keeping me up to date with your contact details should I urgently need to get hold of you prior to your appointment. If I am unable to contact you by telephone, writing or email, your appointment will be cancelled and no refund will be given. From the moment you pay your deposit, the total cost of your booking is fixed, therefore any offers, price changes or changes to services offered will not be reflected in your booking. Cherrie Imogen Bridal & Occasion Make up reserves the right to refuse a booking without explanation and a refund will not be provided for any completed services. Travel costs are calculated on a return journey from my address in North Walsham (NR28) using Google Maps to the postcode you provide upon booking. The first 40 miles of return travel is included in the cost of your treatment. A travel cost of 40p per mile may be charged on journeys outside of these terms. Additional cost for travel will be clearly detailed on your invoice which must be paid upon the balance due date as stated.
Client details are recorded and retained following a make-up application as reference for future appointments and for Health & Safety purposes. These records are stored securely and in accordance with the Data Protection act 1998. All records will be treated as confidential and information will not be shared with any third party.
Cherrie Imogen Bridal & Occasion Make-up is fully insured by leading insurer BABTAC (British Association of Beauty Therapy & Cosmetology)
